GENERAL - Can i send in my own case to LevelUp?
Yes, you can choose to do this during the PC build process. Select ‘Send in your own case’ during step 1.
Please send the case directly to us and write your order number within the box clearly visible. It is your responsibility to ensure that your spec will fit into your case.
GENERAL - Which operating systems do you offer?
The only operating systems we offer and support are Windows 10 Home and Professional. You can purchase a computer without an operating system and install your own, however we would not be able to offer support if you encountered software issues.
GENERAL - Can i purchase individual components?
No, we only sell fully equipped systems. However if you have already purchased your system from us, we offer upgrades on most components.
BUILD TIME - How long will my order take?
Our build time is currently around 5 business days unless stated otherwise.
We will inform you of any delays to your order as soon as possible.
DELIVERY - How much is delivery?
Currently we only offer free standard shipping. This is usually fulfilled by DPD and their next day service.
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom.
DELIVERY - How can i track my order?
Once your order has been readied for collection by DPD you will receive a email from us along with your tracking number allowing you to track your order through the courier.
DELIVERY - Can i collect my order?
Yes, you can collect your order from our premises in Colchester Town centre. Please ensure your order is ready and we are open before coming down to avoid disappointment.
FINANCE - Do you offer finance?

PAYMENT - Why has the payment failed?
Usually payments fail due to incorrect invoice address, insufficient funds or the bank has rejected the payment. Please contact your bank.
REFUNDS - How long do refunds take?
Once a refund has been processed, it should be back in your account within 3-5 working days.
